The hospital operates as a non-profit institution in which surplus revenue is shared among workers and reinvested into further hospital development. Principal consultants hold profit-sharing contracts. The hospital maintains a workforce of 8 full-time doctors, 5 visiting consultants, nurses, laboratory and X-ray technologists, auxiliary nurses (trained in-house on a 3-year programme), kitchen staff, laundry, security, drivers, gardeners, and administrative staff — the largest doctor-to-bed ratio for any private hospital of its size in Owerri.
